This should not even be close. America is insane.
What we are, specifically, is partially brainwashed. And I mean that quite literally. A large number of people have been watching “Fox News,” a fake “news” entertainment channel specifically designed to brainwash its viewers for literally their entire lives.
And Hate Radio was what really got the brainwashing rolling.
All the big news channels are propaganda and entertainment machines in their own way. A majority of voting Americans are hooked into all of that trash TV
Real brain washing involve depriving the victims from any news source beside what the brainwasher approves. It also involves some sort of torture.
people watching fox news willingly are not brain washed.
they might be ignorant, naive, uneducated, simpleton but not brain washed.
If you check the definition of brainwashing, you are only using the more strict definition. They would technically be considered brainwashed.
53% of voters familiar with debate say Harris won
At least 47% of us are. That debate was an absolute curb-stomping. How anyone could watch it and come to a different conclusion is unbelievable.
They actually believe the “post-birth” abortion crap and think they’re voting against infanticide. It’s unhinged.
Anecdote, his people didn’t even watch the debate. If they did watch it, they watched some edited version the next day that only had his answers, basically an edited speech. Then they watched some talking go over all the worst bits of what Harris said and did. Then they read about how the moderators were unfair to Trump, and how Harris must have been given the questions ahead of time. I know multiple people that did exactly this, it’s all quite insufferable. Based on the way they talk, it wouldn’t surprise me if some people watched it live and just muted the TV when Harris was talking, because they can’t stand hearing her.
Always has been.
If we did a straight popular vote it would be no contest. Thank the electoral college for all the fuckery…
That’s cool. But it doesn’t mean much when there are a handful of swing states that will decide the race, and where Trump and Harris are still neck and neck in those states.
doesn’t mean much
It hopefully means that Harris is also making gains in those states.
A handful of swing states whose election infrastructure has also been actively infiltrated and dismantled over the last couple years by traitors.
This will not go quietly on any possible timeline.
Generally I’ve heard that a five point national lead equals a win in the swing states needed to win the election.
That’s what I thought too before 2016 happened. Im hoping Harris wins and she should but this country won’t make it easy.

Forty-nine percent said Harris “seemed like someone who would listen to me and understand my concerns,” compared to 18% who saw Trump that way.
Who the hell still thinks this asshole would be capable of empathizing with anyone but himself. Rightwingers are fucking stupid.
They’re not necessarily stupid, they’re trapped in a cult. Calling them stupid just further entrenches them into that cult.
Let’s extend that. Vote, get active, get involved
Many Republicans were also not convinced about their candidate’s performance in the debate in Philadelphia. Some 53% of Republican voters in the poll said Trump won the debate, compared to 91% of Democrats who said she was the victor. Among Republicans, 31% said no one won and 14% said Harris got the better of Trump.
I get partisanship is bad, but I’m glad 9 out of 10 Democrats and 1 of 7 Republicans have their head screwed on correctly. Did a large portion of viewers watch it with the volume on mute?
I don’t think Trump looked any better on mute. Even without sound, he looked like he was on tilt. Of course, Harris wanted him on tilt and she got it
He was so tilted. He’s like a broken See ‘n Say.
The orange man says “country bad right now, eat cats”
Half of the debate he looked like he was falling asleep.
The polls immediately after a debate don’t necessarily measure its full impact. Trump’s perception as a strongman who dominates his opponents has now been broken with the entire country watching. There’s no way to tell how that’s going to shape the race moving forward. And the “living in strange times” X factor is how the loss is handled by Trump himself. He may shrug it off and hit the campaign trail harder, or it may have serious effects on what seems to be an already fragile mental state. Again, time will tell.
This was also my takeaway from the debate. Trump looked weak from the jump when he let Harris take the lead in shaking his hand. He was on the defensive all night. All this capped off by a cringe-inducing “I saw people on television talking about it” when fact-checked on the immigrants eating cats and dogs comment (which was also batshit insane enough to lose some of the 67 million watching). Truly an “okay, let’s get you to bed, grandpa” moment.
The substance behind his words has never mattered to his supporters, no matter how vile or dissembling, but the vibe absolutely does. They won’t turn around and vote for a Black woman, but there has to be a loss of enthusiasm that comes about from this, if not breaking the spell entirely for a few people. He looked old, small, and weird.
Vikings: Polls polls polls polls, Polls polls polls polls, Lovley pooollls, Wonderful pooollllllls
Well the polls, surveys, questionnaires and polls; that’s not got much polls in it.
I DON’T LIKE POLLS!
Doesn’t matter,
had sexgo votePolymarket is still showing ~50-49 Harris, less than a point. A tossup.
The RealClearPolitics polling average is Harris ahead by 1.5 percent. But most of those polls were before the debate: https://www.realclearpolling.com/polls/president/general/2024/trump-vs-harris
Bets measure opinion differently, and sometimes more accurately than phone or internet polling. Money talks.
It would be interesting to see those numbers only for people who have actually watched the debate, and not just a random subsection of the population.
Morning Consult poll from September 11 shows same five point lead, 50 to 45%.
