Well, in Zelenskyy’s defense, I don’t think that anything he’d have done differently would have likely substantively have altered the outcome.
I agree that he couldn’t have made things better, but he could have made things much worse.
For one, he could have caved and signed away the mineral rights.
He also could have engaged in the clown show at the white house last week. Instead he refused to even play dress-up and stood his ground. He communicated the truth well to anyone who cared to listen.
He should do those meetings a few more times and get into the eighties.
Still not double trump, but both are working in their respective directions to make that happen.
