Neither does protectionism. I’m not saying you’re wrong, but isi policies that make imports expensive also hurt the working class. Overall free trade might be fine if it’s combined with a more robust welfare state.

It’s not just one critic though, it’s several of the more prominent right-wing media personalities. I doubt it has legs, but it’s scary to see how much vitriol they have against this guy who ticks 99% of their boxes.
That’s usually about health insurance. Keeps their premiums down if they offer health as a benefit. Doesn’t make it right, but it is not a morality thing on the firm’s part.
