bless your heart summer child. the pendulum swings in both directions. the sword you live by, you will die by paying someone else’s mortgage then get evicted in your twilight years unable to help yourself because you cant, you’re too busy trying to afford increased rent and unable to live your life because of that rent noose around your neck and whatever land lord rules they impose on you.

You are lording over a single mother of 2. that’s kinda fucked up.

have you considered empathy? idk if that’s been suggested yet in your life.

Apparently. What’s that supposed to mean?
Are you saying i will struggle to pay rent when I’m old?

            the sword you live by.

            you will die by.

karma will get you and if it doesn’t, someone will. You live a soft hand life off the backs of your renters. what if those renters left tomorrow. and no one bought from you. what would you do. what would it take for you to sell those homes for an affordable price? or is that idea offensive to your lifestyle of luxury?

Karma for what? Who will get me? For what reason?
Why would the world suddenly stop renting?
Lots of my tenants only stay for a few years and then move to a different city or district.

Fortunately the market is really strong for rentals, and that is unlikely to change because of people like you, so none of what you suggest will ever happen
