I had one of these roll over my hand when I picked up a bottle of water two weeks ago. Made a good thud when it landed on the ground.
Thank fuck it was really slow to walk away so I could get a glass to trap it in.
Released 100m from my house because I couldn’t bring it over me to let it starve over days or weeks.
'murican here. Comfortable with the metric system, but not used to seeing number+m to represent meters, so at first I read that as “100 million” and was thinking you shouldn’t just burn the house down, but the entire fucking city.
Fair play though, that’s a monster of a house spider.
