I know Lemmios does as I found it searching for “modlog” in this community, but couldn’t find information on other apps.
I have been told Sync doesn’t support it, but that’s all I know
This feature is in development for the upcoming Mlem 1.3 build.
This is being worked on for Thunder. It’s currently in draft stages but should hopefully land soon to a nightly build!

I think voyager supports modlog but you can only view your own modlog.
