I don’t often get into debates about gossip, but when someone says a female actor/director/writer/artist is toxic, I’m always like were they actually a shit human or did they simply ask for the same respect their male colleague/s were getting or potentially did they even just act like a human being for five seconds.
I understand where you’re coming from, and it is tricky. That said, there are plenty of toxic men and women in the arts. Best thing to do is read up and check your sources I guess.
Who sets up the rules for what toxic is? And who determines what the punishment should be? And who voted them in?

No. You are adult. This is diagnostic. I am not talking about ‘brown’ bread, which is white bread with added caramel for the colour. Real wholemeal is sweetish when chewed, but in a nice way. And MUCH more nutritious. Even plastic bag wholemeal bread. Wholemeal sourdough or ciabatta is another level of yum. I even like wholemeal flat breads more than white.
Sour dough and ciabatta are ok for certain things but I find them too chewy for a sandwich.

No. Wholemeal bread is more “toothsome” (a word used in my household to describe any food which feels nice to bite/chew, and doesn’t disintegrate into “plog.” Are these words made up? I think so).

So last night I had royal stacks. I enjoyed it and I don’t feel like shit afterwards.
But if I eat at McDonald’s I always feel like garbage post meal. It’s obviously not a problem with burgers in general but I have to wonder what the fuck McDonald’s puts in their food.
Sugar. Their rolls/buns actually qualify as candy in some European countries.
That must be it. Buns probably have a half life of 5,000 years.
