I agree it’s good information to have and I do include it in my posts to this community when I have the information. The problem is that it’s not always possible to put a date to a work.
Definitely goat. Cyber-bison are much bigger.
I’ve managed to track down a picture of Reefer Girl and her two female room mates in French Alley.
There’s a slightly naughtier ‘cover version’ of this by Sylvie Jones.
Don’t kink shame.
Don’t know the exact year. Definitely '70s.
Oops.
Yes, I love how it invites you to walk through that doorway into the sunlit garden.
If you like surrealism it’s worth checking out this site. The site is a bit crude and the images mostly low-res, but there is loads of interesting stuff there.
They are one of my favourite birds. I watched a small flock of them descend on the garden bird feeders earlier this morning.
I don’t want to make any assumptions about nationality, but there are some surprisingly puritanical people in the Fediverse.
I agree, but I guarantee someone would complain if I didn’t.
Interesting. I had to search for a title because the website I took the image from didn’t provide one, but I didn’t find that one.
As for whether the image has been brightened, I have no idea.

Since we’re discussing lawns, my take on this is that it happens in a city park, not a suburban garden. That’s just my experience of living in a London apartment years ago when GF and I would go to the local park (London has great parks) on a sunny weekend with a blanket, a picnic and a bottle of wine. I assumed this was just a 1920s Berlin equivalent of the same thing.
Yes, I was aware of that. Unlike many of his contemporaries - some of whom were forced into exile, or worse - he was willing to adjust his style to suit the tastes of the nazi regime. Whether that makes him a nazi sympathiser or just a cynical opportunist, I have no idea. This painting however predates that era and I really like it.
Yeah, and it looks like you’re missing some spicy stuff there.
