As a hurricane, not as a cyclone. There’s a minimum intensity necessary to get classified as a hurricane.

Is the only one Brazil ever recognized as a hurricane. But it’s believed that they happen every once in a while, they are just not classified correctly.

Water (and most other substances) is repelled by magnets. Like a superconductor, but way more weakly.

This is something that only the Judiciary can declare (by failing to do anything), so I think it takes more than a few weeks.

But the Executive sure is working towards it.
