What’s your definition of a computer? Chromebooks might not be your preferred computer, but they meet every definition of computer that I’m aware of, and I know plenty of people who love them. I know at least two people who run a business from them. They’re not for me, but they’re great for others.

I have a baby monitor, and considered using an IP camera before buying it. The reason I like mine is because I’ve got a separate little handheld monitor on RF instead of wifi. There’s a handful of situations where it’s fine in very handy. Our nanny could use it without us having to set her up with any tech. Works while traveling without having to deal with hotel Wi-Fi or hot spots. Works outside much further than my wifi reaches. I like the RF.

Your options to get the full experience would be to manually configure all of those things. It would be far easier to start with Pop_os and add the packages from Kali that you want than to go the other way.
I use Windows, Linux and MacOS daily, and want a phone where the connectivity features don’t care what platform I’m on. iOS wants you to be on other Apple devices.
Beyond that, Android is more flexible. I don’t do much fiddling with my phone’s configuration but I like to have the option.
Lastly, I just like the interface better. That’s subjective, and no I understand completely why iphone folks prefer that interface, but I like the stock android interface much better.

I think folks might be confused about the term “cash offer” when buying/selling houses. This generally doesn’t mean that someone is literally buying the property without debt involved, but that they can make the purchase without involving the mortgage process. Usually with a line of credit or similar funding.
