I’m sure you intend to imply that it’s patronizing in some way, but there are oerfectly legitimate reasons to call her by her first name and you’re not doing yourself any favors by just assuming that none of them apply here.
Yes, they are required and used. First, verb conjugation has nothing to do with object pronouns. You always need those. Second, subject pronouns may not always be required but are used much more often than they are omitted.
