Getting pretty tired of all of these AI tools…
Issue is reading device, not ebooks. I recommend pocketbook as better alternative to kindle.
I avoid kindle as much as i can 😃
This worked just fine, thanks! Will read it next weekend!
Is there anywhere else to buy this? Barnes and nobles do not list my country when trying to purchase… I tried with different country, but transaction fails…
I started listening not too ago, sad to see this go… I really wanted to re-listen podcasts about self hosting, but does not seem an option anymore… But all the best luck for him!
Libraries nowadays are like oases in the desert. They now host a lot of what makes communities great! We need to save and foster as much as possible. It was striking to think “could libraries be created from scratch in today’s world” and I’m not very confident that answer would be a yes…
Love seeing stories like this!
Looks great, thanks for sharing! Added to the list
Yeah, seems like site is having some issues, I’ve updated link in OP.
Thanks for sharing! While this is great resource for software, I still would like to see something similar but for physical devices like phones, TVs, cars, toasters and anything IoT.
Thanks for this link, updated link in post!
Awesome! Almost missed this, instant buy!
We heard this one too many times. This now became “I believe it once I see it” thing.
Fair points. Maybe I just don’t see fully the vision of this wiki yet. Maybe just more time is needed. Sometimes my home internet stability already feels like in a middle of apocalypse 😁 Maybe I should learn more about this infrastructure.
Surprisingly cute logo 😁 While idea is pretty cool, in what situation this wiki is better than just dumping whole wikipedia https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Database_download into USB or some hard drive? If collapse happens, then internet is probably one of the first things that will going down.
I think dotnet is moving in a very good direction! We skipped updating to .NET7, will jump straight to .NET8.
For some reason I really love these kind of sketches!
Great guide! Every time it’s delight to read this magazine! Sadly I don’t have space at this moment to try this out :/
