Um… yeah, that’s it exactly. Thoughts are not dangerous. Actions are dangerous. You can think about Hitler all you want but until you start killing Jews your just a human with something on your mind. I can’t shoot a thought across a room and kill someone. I can’t plunge a thought into your side and watch you bleed out. I can’t strap a thought to a cellphone and blow up a convoy.
