We had a relatively modest wedding that while wasn’t exactly cheap, wasn’t something we couldn’t afford either as we had saved for it… We looked at as more of a big party for our family and close friends and had a great time. I would just say having the wedding you want within reason. Don’t go into debt or finance a wedding/honeymoon.
