      2 million of those are military. Think they make enough money to survive a couple of weeks do you?

        plenty of entry level jobs in all kinds of fields in the civilian sector as well… young GS1 accountants and IT professionals with student loan debt gotta eat too…

      You know that some of those people are still living paycheck to paycheck and are going to be in some hardships?

      Sure. They can file for relief from the state and then pay it back later, but uncertainty like that is still horrible. And the time it takes to receive those loans can also cause issues like being late on mortgages.

        Some people still do. My coworkers wife at the EPA will get back pay. The people who really lose out are the contractors
