    For recommendations to people on Reddit, PieFed’s app support is “coming soon”, but if you want more details personally, they are here.

    Edit: Also, PieFed has a number of features that make it work more like the Voyager app than the Lemmy web UI, e.g. the Tile view. I also like how PieFed makes the community side-bar text so readily visible, placing it below every single post (like if you were going to reply you’d be on that page), in contrast to Voyager or Lemmy web UI where you first have to navigate to the community page and then ask for the side-bar to be displayed. Nothing is perfect ofc, but there are a number of ways that using PieFed in a browser is very much like or even better than (some? I have only tried Voyager iirc) Lemmy apps.

        Hey, Firefox (& even Chrome) is an app!:-P

        Do you have any sense as to how true that holds for the actual content creators? I suppose at some point it may not matter, if e.g. they go where the users are.
