Last month was the warmest January on record globally.
It was also separately the warmest January for global land areas and the 2nd warmest for global ocean areas.

Hasn’t almost every month been the warmest recorded in the past year?
Don’t try to downplay this achievement. Companies all over the globe have worked very hard for it.
So are we just going to keep posting this every month until society collapses and most of us die within 10-20 years?
NOAA will be dismantled first (or they will be forced to massage these numbers somehow)

Climate change can’t be real cause it’s cold where I live right now >:(
Seriously hate saying it, but might not be a bad idea to move away from coastal and arid areas if you’ll still be alive in 30 years. There are tons of projection maps out there that show what your area will look like in a couple of decades if we don’t make serious changes. Still have hope that things will be better by then, but better safe than sorry.
I wonder what happens when you pour hot water in cold water.
Is that showing no negative anomaly years since about 1990?
