I didn’t sleep well last night and ended up taking twice my ADHD meds.

    I shouldn’t have done that.

I have 3 days extra though so thankfully I won’t run out before it’s time to get a new batch.

Ouch. What kinda effect did it have ?

I’m on 40 mg Lisdexamfetamine. There was a day when I took it twice because my routine was messed up.

I ended up cleaning the house all day, make way too much food for the week, call my mom four times, while I was supposed to take it easy because I had a bad week and was near exhaustion already.

I’m on 60 mg of Lisdexamfetamine.

I took the first at 1:00 AM and the second one at 1:00 PM.

It… didn’t seem to have much effect because I’m tired af.

So that seems to have countered whatever urge for productivity I had or have.

Is 1 am the time you usually take it at? I tend to try and keep it at the same hour. It has a small half life, but it doesn’t mean it has no half life, I try to keep the concentration the same.

It’s new to me, as I went undignosed for 40 years, so I’m still very wary of it.

Err, no, I don’t take it usually at 1:00 AM. I usually take it at 7:00 or 8:00 AM, maybe 9:00 AM. What happened was that I woke up super-early and, well, I had to do something important and so I worked in the morning. Foolish of me, in all honesty. I should’ve never done that.

I’m glad you were able to get the Vyvanse after 40 years or so, though of course, it’s fine to be wary of it.

Still, it’s useful, and I acutely need it, tbh.
