Some Lanyard Wonk posted this on some literal Fed subreddit. Basically they were saying “Hold the Line guys! Trump is gonna try firing people against his agenda and wants to hire based on loyalty to Trump!” And seeing all these people self-fellating and giving each other congratulations was so cringe. This particular comment seemed the most cringe. Spreadsheets and emails aren’t sexy. Neither is Zionism (ahem, Noah Schnapp). Why do liberals always do this?😂
They are absolutely THRILLED that Trump won. It means that they get to pat themselves on the back about being the heroic main character fighting against the evil empire. For four years! When in reality they are a mid-level bureaucrat that never made a stand against anything fascist in their life.
If Harris had won, they wouldn’t have been as able to yell about what a heroic sacrifice they were making. They would have had to subsist on fantasizing about swooping in to “liberate Taiwan” and being feted by the people there.
