A look at how the shooting death of Brian Thompson is being used to re-ignite interest in banning masks in New York City - a move which would be a devastating blow to the disabled community.
I used to work in a job for a company that dealt with robberies semi-frequently. One of the big bosses in charge of investigating every robbery told me the number one way they caught people was by looking at their shoes. People would come in to scout and then rob the place wearing the same shoes and this is how they would identify them. I’m sure it varies by industry and this was in the 2010s, so it may have changed.
Regardless, when you go to do crime, don’t wear your normal shoes.
