I’m definitely not a fan of having to work extra without a guarantee that I can make up for it later. So easy to end up doing free work with all the overtime adding up. Timesheets are tedious but they’re useful if the employer honours time in lieu or you can use flexi time at least

No timrsheets, but these guys are great with not wanting people to work outside office hours. So we’ll see how it plays out.
