    As a photography nerd, I feel it’s my duty to point out the vintage camera on the right has a higher resolution than even the imax camera on the left. Much lower frame rate and a lot more processing delay, but better image quality.

    Even without texture packs, just cranking all settings to the max on a very old game does this.

    If you don’t see the enemies, some parts of System Shock 2 look really neat if you render it at the highest resolution possible.

    Cutscenes even in modern games they just almost never get them right. Playing a game on 2160p @ 120Hz and it shows a 1080p @ 30fps video. And it wouldn’t bother me half as much if the video played well, but there’s almost always a stutter and that is infuriating. Many times it feels like there’s a baked-in stutter in the raw video file and they just ignored it.

    Dude I’m playing Brood War remastered, and omg the cinematics crack me up after the crisp new graphics.
