I’m playing with the idea of Sync for Kbin and Sync for Mastodon on Android though 👀
Sync for mastodon would be great
Ok, sync for mastodon, I didn’t see it coming!
That would be beautiful.
Sync for Mastodon please, also Sync for Hacker News
Whoa, I’ll take “Things I didn’t know I needed until now” for 500!
Sync for mastadon would be amazing
would grouping all of this together and calling it sync for fediverse (im not crazy about the name tbh) work better? I’d like to have everything in one app since they all use the same protocol to talk to each other.
Huh, that might get me to try mastodon again. The browser experience used to be crap.
That’s funny. Just a few days ago I thought about Sync for Mastodon.
It would need to be more than great though, because the Fedilab and Tusky apps are already quite good.
Since kbin has a drastically different API (which is WIP as I understand), will you rely primarily on the ActivityPub bits for the common interface between lemmy/kbin/Mastodon? I suppose you still need to rely on the actual kbin API for account information, etc.
I was going to wait until the Kbin API is finalised and then take it from there.
Yes pls
As in separate apps or all merged here?
Either way I’m excited to see this in the future, don’t let the FOSS bros discourage you.
I think maybe separate but not completely sure.
If separate they’d have to be some way to share an ultra subscription across them.
