Where is this? The lighting made me think it’s Lake Washington, or Puget Sound, but I don’t recognize those buildings.

Is that sort of weather common for you guys? I didn’t expect similar weather to here considering the difference in longitude.
It’s pretty common here in summer, especially when there is rain/rainstorm/typhoon
