And i don’t even mean private businesses, there the nepotism is a virtue since it’s well, private. I meant the state institutions where there are regulations and contests that are supposed to be against nepotism, but still fail every time. I once seen a case in a local administration where a young guy was on a fucking half year internship for a janitor job and after that they still hired guy who was director’s uncle or cousin.
