He’s back to his playful self (yay!!!). He’s running around, jumping, chasing stuff! Overall, he’s just a lot more mobile. Also, he’s gotten a lot more affectionate around me these past 4 days. Do you think he understands that by bringing him to the vet, I’m helping him feel better?

    He knows you are there for him. Hates the guy with the needles. I’m so glad for you, guys. Last year my oldest was in a bad shape and I couldn’t bring myself to do anything without feeling down. Wish you a happy life.

    So glad he’s doing better!

    And personally, I believe while he doesn’t actually comprehend what a doctor is, he is aware that you are bringing him to the mean, stabby human and then he feels better and is able to associate the two, just not at our level. Our pets are way smarter than people give them credit for.
