I’m going to build a Libreboot gaming machine in a couple days. I’m using a Dell Precision T1650 motherboard which they just added support for a couple months ago. I’m building it with a i7 3770, 16GB DDR3 RAM (4x4), 2080 SUPER, 1TB SSD, and 700W PSU.
I am so excited, I haven’t seen anyone else build a gaming machine with this motherboard yet. This could be one of the first motherboards you can actually game with. I will be posting on Lemmy and YouTube with the benchmarks. You can find me on YouTube @OrwellianPenguin if you’re interested!
