It’s New York State. New York prosecutors already dismantled his so called “charity” in previous fraud causes. Trump’s already got a guilty verdict with the trial only to decide the damages. The judge has already ruled that Trump businesses in new york must be dissolved. I think this is gonna hurt. Jail would be better though. Unfortunately this is a civil case so no jail is possible.
