One of the good humans yes, according to the story’s morals
Ah then we agree, there was certainly so shift to the meaning of the phrase!
Uh, not really. In the story, a Jew gets injured and multiple Jews pass by without helping. Samaritans are enemies to the Jews, but the good Samaritan helps. A good Samaritan is someone that has no reason to help but still does out the goodness of their heart.
Either they’re forced or they believe they’re forced to drive cars. I’d become insane too.
Sooo, why is the gf on a leash?
That’s pretty nice, it’s basically additional leave days! I still prefer European style with unlimited sick leave, but you need a certificate from your physician.
Police unions are not always a force for good, specifically they can lack solidarity with other workers. In France they lobbied to keep their privilege while the retirement age was increased for everyone else.
Okay, I had a listen. Basically his arguments are:
So it’s an attack point to impose socialism in America. Eh.
Somebody listened to this and can tell me what his rationale was? The unspoken reason is probably like less taxation for the rich and profit in the medical industry, but what are the “sensible” arguments he would be brave enough to formulate in public at the time? If it’s about medical research and innovation, it could be assured by the government but “it’s not the job of the state to ensure the people’s well-being”? Or “people will get lazy if their health is not on the line”?
Yeah that’s what I’m guessing.
Where’s the rabbit though?
Some people use quotes for emphasis, though. So, not sure if this faculty’s on our side.
I’d argue it’s the only correct thing though. Sure, it’s through reflection, but reflection is absorption and re-emission so the light really comes from the moon.
What’s the stuff in the background on the right?
I guess “hurting their economy to accelerate their downfall” is a frequent goal of sanctions (cf. the sanctions on Cuba by the USA), but in the case of the EU there’s probably another: “let’s cut economic ties so that they cannot use our reliance on them to influence us”.
Yeah, it’s Centurii-chan. Here’s their Insta: https://www.instagram.com/centuriichan/
I disagree. That Crowdstrike crashes is one thing; the issue here is that Windows suffers such a widespread crash, whether it is because of Crowdstrike or for any reason.
That’s an overall accurate analysis, but more leftists have dropped out than centrists. A number of centrists refused to drop out, leading to far right seats rather than leftists.
You know in the game Secret Hitler when the board has sufficiently advanced into fascism that it becomes strategic for the liberals to vote fascism and unlock a bullet? Honestly makes me think of that.
Not saying this is what needs to happen. I honestly don’t know how americans can do to get out of their quagmire.
Overeating is bad for sleep, isn’t it?
