I watched Alien Romulus recently. It was my first Alien movie. I kept thinking that this is pretty much a less good version of Dead Space.

I was able to do this by first generating a regular PDF using a pipeline of shenanigans including article-extractor, pandoc, tectonic. Then used a script called pdfbook2 that comes included with texlive.

I’m planning on doing something like this as well but the problem is I have no idea for to typeset for something like this. Supposing I have some text I want to print, each paper page will have two document pages on one side, and both sides will be printed. But the ordeing of the pages changes to something for which I haven’t worked out the math. I bet there is already software that can help with.

That is pretty stupid but far from inconcievable. Software companies try to jam “features” into their products nowadays even if it makes no sense, mainly to differentiate the 2024 version of the product from the 2023 one.

My suggestion is to not use any third party antivirus and use a separate VPN. Maybe wait for suggestions from other users. My Windows usage only involves playing pirated games once in a while.

For Windows? These days you don’t need any third party antivirus for Windows because the one that is included in the OS (Windows Defender) is more than enough.

I think you are a bit confused because an antivirus does not have any relation to VPNs. Any VPN you use should always be completely separate from the antivirus. If you explain your requirement a bit more maybe we can clear it up.

The linked study is using violence to mean either physical violence or sexual violence. Within the context of this definition the argument could be correct but it is meaningless. I don’t know why they didn’t go towards the more obvious conclusion that incels are an online community of shut-ins which hinders their ability to organise collectively. But the shit that they do like hate speech, doxxing etc., things that are possible to be collectively done online, should be considered violence in my opinion and it is impacts that are measurably detrimental.
