It’s basically negligible tho.
Like I recently busted out Logitech mouse/keyboard combo with a dongle. They say for maybe five years and I’ve been using them for months now and the batteries are still what was in them.

So this county only 50% got them, and statewide it’s only 2/3s?
In Pennsylvania, where voters over the age of 65 have cast nearly half of the early ballots, registered Democrats account for about 58 percent of votes cast by seniors, compared to 35 percent for Republicans. That’s despite both parties having roughly equal numbers of registered voters aged 65 and older.
The partisan gap is narrower than it was in 2020, when views of early voting were more partisan, and Republicans take that as a good sign. But the GOP still is counting on more of its older voters to show up on Election Day, while Democrats have more votes in the bank.
So not lagging as much as 2020…
And concerning because Biden only won by 80k votes and it’s literally his home state.
These are the same ones who were spoofing gps and making up responses to meet quotas…
So the only ones making quota are the fakes, and everyone else gets fired for not meeting the standard.
And all of this is a complete waste of money.
It should have been, but it wasn’t.
If democracy was overwhelmingly popular, then we wouldn’t have gotten the electoral college.
Or given each state the same number if Senate seats. That used to be “balanced” by the House, but then we froze the number and it’s off too.
We’re taught in school that democracy was a foundation of this country, but it’s bullshit revisionist history.
This isn’t an unpopular opinion…
Self help books are a joke and have been for like, 30 years now?
Everyone knows they don’t work, but the dumbest 1% is still a lot of potential buyers on highly marked up products like books.
Plenty of people leave those areas or at least grow out of their thinking.
I had a shotgun and rifle before I was even conceived. But I’ve only voted D.
This is America, it’s safe to assume everyone has a gun even if they’re not strapped 24/7. And regardless of how many guns someone owns, it’s really difficult for someone to use more than two at the same time.
It drives me crazy, but it really is everywhere these days.
Like, when we printed stuff out it was a little excusable, but a couple extra pixels on a graph is never a big deal
I appreciate your point and it’s a relevant one…
But did you really have to link another graph that doesn’t start at zero?
It’s funny if intentional, but my soul still died a little. It’s really become the norm in the last decade or two.
Welcome to American journalism…
Where the focus is on clicks/profits unless a billionaire bought the company to convince people billionaires aren’t the problem
Those are graphs of percent change…
A completely different thing…
So still double what it was at the beginning of the month…
You might not feel like that looking at the graph, because:
Graphs that don’t start the y axis at 0 are shitty at conveying information
And I’ll keep complaining about them as long as people keep doing it.
They could name the instance (what they probably meant) or the communities (what they said).
A 75% increase in parts of the Fediverse means absolutely nothing…
Like, you understand that was my complaint, right?
That X% of a non defined subgroup is literally meaningless?
He obviously isn’t driving it…
He’s riding around in the passenger seat yelling at reporters
The notice filed by lawyers for Musk and his America PAC argue that because that PAC is registered as a federal entity, it is not subject to state law.
The party of “state’s rights”…
It’s always been bullshit. It started because Southern states wanted the “right” to force people living in Northern states to be legally forced by the federal government to treat Black people as slaves and “return” them to the South as stolen property.
I think that if people are randomly sending that shit to people they don’t know, all it means is they have mental health issues…
I’m not sure what else people would think about it, it’s obviously schizophrenic ramblings
It was a jury trial and the county went 51% trump four years ago…
So depends on what the jury makeup is.
For example, in October, violent rhetoric related to election denialism increased by 317% on Telegram, 105% on Gab, 25% on communities.win, and 75% across a selection of Fediverse communities.
While it’s nice to be included, weird that they used “a selection”
Especially since this is an unverified comment from a cop who wouldn’t give their name…
Incendiary devices found at the scene of ballot drop box fires in Portland, Oregon, and nearby Vancouver, Washington, this week were marked with the message “Free Gaza,” according to a law enforcement official.
A third device placed at a different drop box in Vancouver earlier this month also carried the words “Free Palestine” in addition to “Free Gaza,” said the official, who spoke on the condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to discuss an ongoing investigation.
It’s hard to believe that it burnt ballots but writing survived.
Waaaaaay easier to believe a cop doesn’t want trump supporters to be blamed.
If cops don’t like that no one takes their word anymore, they should stop constantly lying
Why did so many people upvote that?
The world revolves around the sun homie, not America…
Hell, the big reason they got arrested, is they kept openly saying to a global audience “we came here because with a little money there’s no consequences”.
Which pisses off the corrupt justice system and the people who benefit from it.
They fucked up a nice situation a lot of dangerous people benefit from, but you’re clearly stuck in your own world view if you honestly think:
Just fucking wild man
