You are flat out wrong.
You are flat out wrong.
In the U.S. (not sure if this is elsewhere) you have the work number too. Employers that participate share every pay period and bonis to your record. Then future employers can look up and see exactly how much you were making when they run the background check.
For those reading this and think third party votes are “A wAsTE oFA vOtE”
It’s a waste of your vote to vote for someone you don’t want in office, just because you dislike the other likely candidate more.
A third party votes move to change main party platforms. If enough people vote for a third party, a major party is more likely to take up those stances to get those votes. Your vote isn’t always abouting winning.
Too bad spending money is considered “free speech” and all those tax haven dollars are used to buyout the people with the power to fix that problem
Working only 60 hours a week and hoping that a sickness doesn’t bankrupt you.
Share the models of thingiverse for others to use.
Agreed that it would be gone if it was feasible. I worked for a small manufacturer and helped with quoting. It was three times less for us to send a product to Mexico for production.
Where the US is better is automation and complexity. In Mexico or was difficult to find the technical resources able to handle automated and complex projects. Mexico was better for any manually/ sinple assembly job, as they could just throw more people at it to ramp up production. Note that these are generalities that my specific team used.
Fantastic news.
As a white collar worker, how can I contribute to this change?
Depends on age. Being younger, I would probably work and try to live off my 24K for a couple years, putting away the salary from my job. If the lifestyle fit, then I would quit and take this path with a little safety net setup.
I’ve had a lot of response back through LinkedIn. Landed one of my jobs through it. Other three were personal and professional connections.
If this is going to be the Democrats stance, that the economy is in good shape, then Trump has an actual chance at winning. WTF is wrong with them, dilusional.
Good companies that don’t realize they don’t own their employees should suffer. Maybe if a few go under for horrible policies, workers will start to use their upper hands.
Better pull the Bible for the smut it throws around too.
I think most people drink or live in denial with themselves in order to cope.
A healthier way I’ve found is to try to think about a time where someone else screwed up at work. Think of a time when someone misspoke, got emotional, or got flustered. I have a hard time thinking of one and would be hardpressed to call-out a single story in specific. This is likely what others think of your mistake too. It only becomes an issue when you can’t adjust or grow. Dust yourself off, move on, and improve for next time.
I do think this comes with a caveat. There are toxic people and workplaces. This is its own challenge but may be contributing to your stress about things. There will be people that target you and belittle you for small mistakes. Work with them to complete jobs, don’t talk outside of necessity, and when you change jobs let them fade out of your life for good.
And with the context around it, makes even less sense.
Luke 17: 1 Then said he unto the disciples, It is impossible but that offences will come: but woe unto him, through whom they come!
2 It were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and he cast into the sea, than that he should offend one of these little ones.
3 Take heed to yourselves: If thy brother trespass against thee, rebuke him; and if he repent, forgive him.
4 And if he trespass against thee seven times in a day, and seven times in a day turn again to thee, saying, I repent; thou shalt forgive him.
5 And the apostles said unto the Lord, Increase our faith.
Asked for offer letters from employees asking for a counter. Then management would call that company and try to get them to recind their job offer, even threatened legal action. This happened to multiple people, fortunately none that I knew of lost the new opportunity.
Most presidential elections have had some kind of doomsayers. This particular election has a candidate that supported (supposedly indirectly) an insurrection, stated it’s ok to execute political opponents, and has openly said some very nazi like things. This election is a bit different than the others.
Then the left puts up a weak candidate, again, and says eat that shit sandwich, so I get the frustration.
