I might need a refresher, I remember Hermione and Harry being powerful in the books, with Hermione. more powerful, but Ron not so much equal on their level.
what did he get good at?
I don’t think “power” in this case refers exclusively skill with a wand. Ron also had a lot of “wizarding street smarts” which proved invaluable to Harry and Hermione, as they were both raised by muggles.
That’s a good point, and Harry’s exposure to Ron’s family is a huge reason why Harry retained a semblance of morality despite his heroic status.
what sort of wizarding Street smarts are you talking about?
In the books, Ron is the one who explains terms like “parselmouth” and “mudblood”, and their associated connotations.
Wizards chess.
terf movies, terf books. YIKES!
Oh and just so some stupid racist idiot doesn’t come here to comment, Hermoine and Harry are not illuminated by the light much compared to Ron
You can see that the shading of the uniform matches with the amount of illumination they have in the picture
Wut?
Oh and just so some stupid racist idiot doesn’t come here to comment
Preempting JK Rowling from showing up like “Actually Hermione was black, maybe it’s you whose racist for calling me racist for naming the only black character Kingsly Shacklebolt”.
the only black character
Dean, Lee, Angelina, and Blaise were also black, IIRC.
