I’m partial to the Japanese Nichiban gaffa tape, it’s great and inexpensive, doesn’t leave residue (pretty strong though if you’re gonna use it on delicate surfaces).

But Tesa gaffer tape is shit.

At least in a professional setting it is frowned upon because it leaves a lot of glue residue on floors and cables, which is a pain in the ass to clean.

Gerband is also German and the way better product, at least regarding gaffers tape.

Trivia: duct tape is terrible for ductwork, and never used by HVAC professionals. If you’re doing some home repair, search “hvac tape for ducts” to evaluate your options.

Wurth is a pain to buy in my country. They only sell directly to professionals, as in mechanics, tool shops, carpentries, etc, and don’t have shops open to walk in customers.
