Salem OR, if anyone was interested. The same dealership also suffered a fire on inauguration day.

    Stay free, unknown oregonian!

The problem with this is that it’s bad strategy. Likely no strategy.

You’ve got someone with the will, the access, and enough skill for bare minimum effectiveness wasting their shot, going off half cocked at the wrong target.

A little more patience, some actual thought, and they could find a target that’s at least semi useful, sends the same message, and doesn’t have the apparatus of the state chasing them.

The same person, with the same plan could have just put up multiple stickers. Wear gloves, don’t leave anything behind. Any bullets that are decently preserved are evidence now. Evidence that can connect them to this activity, which creates a pattern. If/when they take other actions, that’s a weak spot in their efforts, one that can lead to them being removed from the chance of resistance.

If you’re going to do destructive protest, you have to plan better. There has to be goal, and that goal has to be preserved. This? It’s sloppy, ineffective, and draws attention in the wrong way.

Never, ever waste your efforts, make them count.
