I’ve worked for one of Costco’s suppliers. We would get returns well over 5 years old on a regular basis. This is after Costco has already taken it back. We’ve had to refuse a couple returns that were over 10 years old. The oldest product that was sent back to us was a bit over 12 years old.
Fuck people who abuse Costco.

Costco will indeed revoke your membership if you abuse this quite a bit. It’s not a hack in as much as it is Russian roulette.
Yup - people like this is a reason why we can’t have nice things for long.
Also what a waste. You know that the couch is going to go to the landfill just because “you don’t like it anymore”.
Sell it on market place, god damn. Let it be used by someone.
