The actual map seems at least partially bullshit. The mental health map for example is actually measuring access to mental health - i.e. the higher numbers mean that people actually have access to diagnostics and hopefully treatment.

Sadly that really depends on things like how rich you are, are you lgbt, are you religious, how does the target country perceive your home country, etc
