Imagine doing all this just in the hopes of having sex because your personality and hygiene is too repulsive in your native country

Also the idea that things will change just because they go to a different country… Like it’s not possible to make decent money or pickup women in America or wherever they currently are, but it would work in China for some reason.

It’s literally just Asian people fetishization combined with a crippling low self-esteem. Sometimes when I’m in a dry streak or feeling down I’ll revisit /r9k/ just to remind myself how much worse it could be

Yeah but they’ll definitely be super popular and cool in Japan because they spend a lot of time, arguably way too much time, watching Japanese cartoons.

I still remember being paid $2k to just have conversations with a guy in china for 3 weeks because he wanted to pass his conversational part of the TOEFL. He failed 😀

You spend all day on the phone anyhow! Why don’t you make a phonecall that’s gonna help you and your future. All you gotta do is pick up the phone and make the call.

I would absolutely do that, my dude, and I’m totally definitely going to do that exactly today, possibly in 3 more hours when I’m sure everyone’s come off lunch.

But you gotta understand there is a 30% chance there’s gonna be another person at the other end of that call.
