An analysis of shell fragments shows Israel used U.S.-made white phosphorus munitions in an attack that a rights group says should be investigated as a war crime.
It says four houses burned down and 9 people were injured. It doesn’t sound like they were sticking to lighting up the battlefield. Plus, the way Israel has conducted this war so far doesn’t inspire confidence that they’re following the rules of war. They’ve already destroyed civilian infrastructure, targeted civilians, killed dozens of journalists, etc.
I usually make sure to condemn Hamas any time I talk about the Gaza war but this was in Lebanon. So, I say the “Fuck” word to Hezbollah this time. Hamas is still condemned, though.
